1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website, subscribing to our free or paid services, or using any of our content, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Go Travel From LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides travel deal information via email and our website. These deals may include flight, hotel, and car rental offers curated from third-party sources. We do not book travel, act as a travel agency, or guarantee any prices or availability. All bookings are made directly by you with third-party providers.
3. No Responsibility for Bookings or Travel Experiences
We are an information service only. We are not responsible for:

Any travel bookings you make based on our deal alerts

Flight cancellations, delays, or changes

Hotel, rental car, or other travel-related issues

Personal injury, loss, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of using deals we share
All travel arrangements are solely between you and the travel provider.
4. Subscription Plans and Auto-Renewal Billing
We offer:

Free subscription: Provides limited travel deal emails.

Premium subscription: $50 per year, which includes additional flight deals, bundled hotel and car rental offers, and sample itineraries.
Auto-Renewal
Premium subscriptions automatically renew each year on the anniversary of your purchase date. By subscribing, you authorize us (through our payment processor, Stripe) to automatically charge your payment method at the then-current annual rate unless you cancel before your renewal date.
Billing & Notifications

You will receive an email notification before each renewal.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support@gotravelfrom.com.

If you cancel before your renewal date, you will not be charged for the following year.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new Premium subscriptions and renewals.

Refund requests must be emailed to support@gotravelfrom.com within 30 days of your initial subscription or renewal.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel your subscription to prevent future renewals.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund payments beyond the initial 30-day window. Free subscribers may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, emails, logos, graphics, and branding are the property of Go Travel From LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Travel From LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to:

Any bookings made with third-party providers

Any travel delays, cancellations, accidents, or losses incurred on trips
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our services is to stop using them and, if eligible, request a refund under our 30-day policy.
9. No Warranties
Our travel deal information is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of accuracy, timeliness, pricing, or availability.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website and will indicate the “Last Updated” date.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
